Dress Ethnic offers free shipping in India for all prepaid orders and Rs 150 more for Cash on Delivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO REACH?

We dispatch orders within 7 working days of order placement and you will get an update once dispatched on your email and phone number.

All shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 8-10 business days (due to the COVID crisis) depending on the location. Delivery times for international orders will be 12-15 working days.

Exchange Policy

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at Fashionnext02@gmail.com and we can review on a case by case basis.

All the sales discounted and brought with a coupon are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

Damage During Transit

We do a quality check and provide multiple layers of protection before dispatching the product. However, if the product received incurs damage during transit, reach out to us at your earliest (within 24 hours) by emailing on Fashionnext02@gmail.com, or DMing us on social media.

Our pick-up service will have the damaged item picked up. After verification at our facility, we will send you a new piece of the same product. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund to avoid malpractices.

Wrong Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Reach out to us at your earliest (within 24 hours) by emailing at Fashionnext02@gmail.com, or DMing us on social media.

Can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
